  This Gamestop is garbage. All the Gamestop's near me closed, so I had to drive 25 minutes to get to this one. I went in and purchased a used PS3 and extra controller as a Christmas gift, and because it was going to be a gift I asked for them to open it up and make sure everything was there. The staff opened it up and assured me everything was there, so I brought it home, wrapped it, and put it under the tree. Fast forward to Christmas morning, we were setting up the PS3, and after plugging everything in wiring the console through the gaming cabinet, we came to realize the USB charging wire for the controllers was missing, after being told everything was there. Okay well mistakes happen, the day after Christmas another 25 minute trip to Gamestop was made. I called the morning before I went up there before i would waste a trip and they told me they would have the wire ready for me. So i get up there with the receipt and they give me the wire and I go home. I didn't bother to try the wire out until later that night when I got home from work. When I go to charge one of the controllers, it wouldn't charge. So I opened the second controller thinking maybe the controller they gave me was a dud, and the second controller wouldn't charge either. Now I'm furious because I've already made two trips to this Gamestop and both times they have cheated me. A few days later I go up again, this time with the console and all its pieces and tell them that the controllers won't charge, and they open up and give me a brand new wire. Third time is the charm right? So I go home, I set everything back up, I charge the controllers, and I go to play the games I had purchased, and every game I play sounds like the T.V. signal is lost. You know, that loud, obnoxious fuzzy sound thatbplays over the fuzzy gray and white, pixelated screen?? The HDMI wire was shot. So I'm fuming, because I had made three, 25 minute trips to this rotten Gamestop who doesn't bother to check their equipment before they sell them to customers. So on my fourth trip to Booton's Gamestop, I bring everything I bought from them and demanded my money back. What a giant waste of time, energy and money. I got every penny I spent back. There is no reason amyone should have to drive to Gamestop that is out of reach to begin with, four times. They have time to stand around and talk, but don't have time to check their products. I hope this Gamestop closes just like all the others.

  I love this place. Staff is friendly. Went in to buy a Ps Vita nd was really helpful. Also manager is incredibly nice. Since the Ps Vita needs a special memory card she gave me her memory card since her vita broke. She also didn’t charge me anything for the memory card. She also helped me pick out games and tips on how to find the games. Best GameStop staff ever.
