They screwed up my account, and I have to email John Legere so his team can fix it. Management, both assistant and the store manager are not very nice or accommodating. Their response for the issues that THEY created, "Call customer service". I call customer service and they tell me that only this specific store can assist. Both managers ignore my calls. Horrible
